If the user has not synced their Instagram account to their Facebook Business Page, Targetable may experience issues during the Onboarding process, and the user will receive the following error message from Targetable:
To resolve this issue, follow the instructions listed in the error message: Access the Settings menu of your Facebook Business Page, and then the Instagram sub-menu. On this page, click the Sync Info button.
