Cupbop is Korean BBQ in a cup. Starting as a food truck in 2013, Cupbop has quickly expanded to over 40 locations across 6 states. Cupbop believes in serving food that is affordable, fresh, and lightning fast.
Cupbop was opening restaurants rapidly, however Cupbop’s foot traffic had room for improvement as the brand was established in targeted locations. There was a need for an effective way to target potential customers closest to their locations to increase this foot traffic and therefore, orders and revenue. Cupbop came to realize that the amount of marketing needed to successfully meet their sales goals was too much to handle internally along with running the restaurant operations.
Use social media advertising to drive brand awareness for Cupbop, which should result in a spike of traffic into locations, new and existing. In turn, this would drive additional sales for the restaurants. Cupbop also wanted these ads to amplify their playful personality and fantastic take on Korean food. Lastly, Cupbop needed this marketing to be done for them, so they could focus on restaurant operations and serving their customers and community.
